Jean Charles-Lonchard, RN, BSN

As the Administrator of Proskills Home Health Care Services, Jean possesses over 11 years of experience in the healthcare sector, with a focus on TRICARE services and Intensive Care. He is committed to delivering high-quality care to clients while ensuring the efficient operation of the agency.

Jean holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from La Salle University. His leadership is characterized by a dedication to compassionate care, the professional development of staff, and strict adherence to regulatory standards.

Under his stewardship, Proskills Home Health Care Services has broadened its offerings to include Skilled Nursing Services and Hospice Care, thereby enhancing the quality of life for clients and providing support to families during difficult periods.

In addition to his administrative responsibilities, Jean actively engages in community outreach initiatives that aim to raise awareness of home care options and advocate on behalf of elderly and disabled populations.

Beatrice Dorcena MHRM, MA

  Beatrice brings over 20 years of experience in building and supporting high-performing teams. With a deep understanding of the home healthcare industry, she specializes in strategic staffing solutions, ensuring ProSkills attracts and retains top talent to deliver exceptional client care. She has a strong track record of navigating complex compliance regulations while upholding the highest standards of ethical and legal conduct. Her expertise encompasses fostering positive client relationships through effective communication and conflict-resolution strategies. Furthermore, she is skilled at developing and implementing comprehensive training and onboarding programs, empowering employees to excel in their roles. Her proficiency in CRM management ensures efficient data tracking and analysis, driving informed decision-making and continuous improvement within the organization, ultimately leading to customer satisfaction.
